Casey A. Fletcher became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PalletOne upon completion of the purchase of its facilities from IFCO Systems. Since March 2000, Mr. Fletcher served as Senior Vice President of Finance of IFCO Systems North America. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Fletcher served as Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary of PalEx, Inc. From 1983 until 1997, Mr. Fletcher was Ridge Pallet's Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his employment with Ridge, Mr. Fletcher was associated with Arthur Young from 1976 to 1979. From 1980 to 1983, he was in private industry. Mr. Fletcher is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeffery Johnson became Chief Operating Officer of PalletOne in November 2007. Mr. Johnson joined PalletOne with over nineteen years of operations experience in the wood products industry. Mr. Johnson currently serves on the Advisory Board for the University Of Tennessee Forestry and Wildlife Dept. Prior to joining PalletOne, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President and Director of Norbord Industries Incorporated U.S. Subsidiaries. From 1998 to 2005, he served as Vice President/Group Manager of the Industrial Wood Products Division for Georgia-Pacific Corp. He was Director and Vice President of GP Flakeboard, a Canadian joint venture, from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Johnson received his Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

Keith M. Reinstetle became PalletOne's Vice President of Sales in February
2003. He is presently a member of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association and the Western Pallet Association. Prior to PalletOne, Mr. Reinstetle was National Sales Manager for PalEx, a position he held through its merger with IFCO Systems. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Reinstetle served as the Vice President of Sales for Ongweoweh Corp in Ithica, NY. He was a sales associate for Talladega Box and Lumber, a new pallet manufacturer, from 1991 to 1994. From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Reinstetle served as Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Morgan Forest Products, a pallet broker and distributor.

Howe Q. Wallace became President of PalletOne upon completion of the purchase of its operating facilities in October 2001. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association as well as Virginia Tech's Center For Unit Load Design. Prior to joining PalletOne, Mr. Wallace had served as Executive Vice President Human Resources of IFCO Systems, NV. Since 1997, Mr. Wallace served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of National Sales for PalEx, Inc. Mr. Wallace has over 24 years of experience in the pallet industry. Mr. Wallace has been associated with Ridge Pallets since 1983 and has served as Director of Human Resources of Ridge since 1984.
