PalletOne Completes Purchase Of Cahaba Valley Timber Company

SELMA, AL - November 6, 2006 - PalletOne, Inc. ("PalletOne"), America's largest manufacturer of new pallets, announced today that it has completed the purchase of the assets of Cahaba Valley Timber Company, a pallet manufacturing operation located in Selma, Alabama. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"We are pleased to be a part of the PalletOne community. The company is a large operation with many national customers, which could aid in increasing production opportunities within the manufacturing plant," said George Yocum, President of Cahaba Valley Timber Company.

According to Yocum, the pallet business was founded in 1993. The business serves primarily the South Alabama, Florida Panhandle and Mississippi markets.

PalletOne Chief Executive Officer and President Howe Wallace said, "We are excited to have a plant in Alabama, a market that we have been serving from our Georgia operations. We can now serve some key customers in a better fashion and close the gap between our operations. We are also pleased to be including such a capable group of managers and employees into our team."

Nationally, PalletOne now operates 15 pallet facilities in eleven states. Other pallet plants are located in Foreman, AR, Bartow, FL, Hazlehurst, GA, Smarr, GA, Shipshewana, IN, St. Francisville, LA, Livermore Falls, ME, Butner, NC, Mocksville, NC, Siler City, NC, New Boston, TX, Chase City, VA, Waterloo, WI and New London, WI.
