PalletOne is keeping up to date on all of the requirements for its customers and is prepared to provide you with a seamless conversion to these new compliance standards. We are able to provide all types of approved packaging treatments. We will also have the ability to stamp export packaging with the appropriate markings in accordance with the new regulations.

 Situation Summary
The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), a unit of the United Nations, is working on a worldwide standard for international wood shipments. In the interim, the European Union (EU) established Emergency Requirements that went into effect October 2001 that govern imports to its 15 participating countries. Separately, the United States, under the Department of Agriculture APHIS program, is developing restrictions that may be more stringent than those anticipated by the IPPC.
