As we wrap up the year, I’m grateful for all the things you have done. There are success stories in every operation. Most of them came from an observation of something that needed to be done. And, then, heads got together, and a plan was made. And, the plan was implemented.
So take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments your teammates, and you have achieved. Give your teammates a “high five” and acknowledge their efforts.
Then, notice the things we need to do to get better. Create a plan. And do what you plan. We will get better in 2018. Or we will be worse.
