Do you have what you need to do your job?
It’s a fundamental issue surrounding whether you will be satisfied with your job.
If you are new in our organization and the things at your work station don’t seem exactly right, I hope you will have the understanding that “speaking up” is our expectation of you.
For those of us who have been around for a while, there is a danger that familiarity and complacency will cause us to accept things we shouldn’t accept.
“Fresh eyes” see things the “complacent eyes are dull too.
So, if you see something, say something. If you need something, ask. If something needs fixing, point it out.
That kind of communication will make us stronger.
Oh, yeah, you more experienced guys can speak up too!
