Starting your week, have you determined how you intend to “happen to the world?”
A lot of us start our weeks open-minded. We wait to see what opens up to us. What situations come our way. We play the hand that’s dealt us.
But, as you know, I believe in “happening.” When you start the week with an intent to move the needle, the chances of you moving the needle are greater.
There are work processes to improve – improve them.
There are records to set – attack them.
There are habits to create – start working on them.
Problems to solve – address them.
Customers to please – delight them.
Colleagues to train – teach them.
Relationships to restore – reconcile them.
Don’t go passively into this week. “Happen” to it.
