Which teachers or leaders do you remember most?
It may seem obvious that we don’t remember the teachers and bosses who had a limited impact. Maybe they were nice. Maybe they were respectful. But what sticks is how you changed as a result of the encounter.
The person you remember most taught you something that stuck and made a difference for the rest of your life.
The person you remember most worked with you and led you through an experience that helped you to accomplish something significant.
The person you remember most helped you to discover something about your potential that you had no idea was within you.
The person you remember most had the right words that helped you change paths.
You want to be remembered for making a difference, take advantage of opportunities to make a difference. Teach. Inspire. Encourage. Team up.
That’s happening to the world.
