On this Thankful Thursday, I’m celebrating and am grateful for “agency.”
Having “agency” means I have the ability and resources to positively impact my life’s situations today.
So do you.
The enterprise where we work extends agency.
We have a long history of creating products and services our customers value. They look to us to stay on the cutting edge and provide the best in our sectors. Our ability to perform makes us credible. That credibility is agency.
Our team is deep and talented, and we work well together. When we are on our game, we distinguish ourselves as professional and capable. Capable of heroic service. Capable of prolific output. Capable of meeting high expectations. Capability is agency. We have it.
We celebrate the creative genius of individuals who create the ultimate impact of our enterprise. Our growth has come through thousands of people making individual commitments each day to understand the challenges our customers face and working together to develop solutions to meet them. We rely on our teammates to learn, grow, collaborate, and develop. Providing an environment where each person can grow is agency.
Not everyone is in touch with the idea that they can add to their agency. I encourage you to do so. How can I learn? What can I improve? Who can I team with? What magic can we produce?
Being on a mission to increase agency is agency. Step up your game. You’ll be thankful you did.
