Here’s a practical guide for avoiding poor decisions. Bill Hybels calls this the “triple crown” of bad decisions:
Decisions made in haste.
Decisions made while angry.
Decisions made while under the influence of alcohol.
Those are obvious. But, when I consider the actions/decisions in my life that are most regrettable, I have to admit one or more of these factors were in play.
Simple lessons. Very wise.
