Effective Team Communication Helps Eliminate Confusion

“You live out the confusions until they become clear.” – Anaїs Nin
This quote caught my attention. Our CFO Casey Fletcher puts it this way when we are trying to figure things out: “We are now confused at a higher level.”
The longer I live the more clearly I understand that life is a steady stream of “confusions.” Moments of absolute clarity are rare. Moments of equilibrium are fleeting.
That’s why it’s important to have a good team. The team must collect information and share it. And, through the sharing, the confusions clear up.
Having a good team that communicates well helps you to be steady in the winds of change.
I’m grateful for the teams we have in our enterprise. It gives me confidence we can meet the challenges coming our way.
