Feedback builds teams.
We are more effective when we know we are getting it right at what we do. We know that best when our efforts are acknowledged, affirmed and appreciated.
We are more effective when we receive coaching. When others provide feedback on how we can be more effective, we perform
better in our role and the team improves.
Teammates talking to each other is the lubricant. We give advice. We consider different ways to improve things. We lift spirits during times of frustration and disappointment. We celebrate those days and efforts that distinguish as pros.
Feedback is everyone’s job. That is, it’s your job if you want to be part of successful teams, enterprises, and families.
