“Be at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let every New Year find you a better man or woman.” – Benjamin Franklin
This is one of the best New Year’s wishes I’ve seen. It occurs to me that this can be a daily admonition that, if followed, would put us in a better place the next day.
It would mean that we are focused on the things that hurt us with an attempt to lessen their impact.
It would mean that we are focused on relationships that cause unease.
Put those together: Live with discipline and communicate with courage. Can’t lose.
Happy New Year!
