If you are the leader and don’t work on your environment, it will be less-than. Less results. Less impact. Less profit. Less satisfaction.
You can choose not to impact your environment. But you’re still making a choice. You’re choosing mediocrity. You’re choosing to be a poor steward. You’re choosing a path to regret and disappointment.
