In case you didn’t notice, it’s cold.
The last couple of days, every employee in our company has gone to work in freezing weather. Snow has been deep. Roads are icy. Lumber sticks together. Hydraulics freeze. Plain and simple, it’s an icy mess out there.
It’s a measure of your dedication that you show up. You accomplish the best you can. You meet the customer needs.
Days like these reinforce the gratitude I feel for your contribution to our enterprise. Customers are important. Suppliers are important. But, nothing happens without you putting it all together. Even when it’s frozen.
Be careful out there. Thank you for toughing it out in these trying days. I remain grateful.
