As you reflect upon it, Goodall’s statement makes sense.
There’s no such thing as neutral.
You are getting better or you are getting worse.
To choose to avoid having an impact is to put off doing something you were intended to do. That results in something negative for the world.
Are you a force for things that make an impact? Do you lead by example? Are you ready with an encouraging word? Will you readily teach others around you?
Life gains meaning as we fulfill our purpose. Your purpose is to leave things better.
