Why We’re Easy To Do Business With

Actually, my instincts tell me we are “easy to do business” with.

Here’s why I think so:

  1. We retain our business. The stories of us losing a customer to a competitor is rare. You can also check on customer history and compare this year to previous. Over 95% of our customers have continued with us.
  1. You handle our complaints. Very few hit my desk. The issues that rise up get solved. Usually by the first one who handles them. I’m not saying there aren’t disappointments and results. I’m saying you find a way to handle it and make the customer stick.
  1. You are professionals. Many customers report that they aren’t used to a company like ours. We do what we say we will do. We offer creative solutions. We do it with a smile.

More than once, I’ve been told “we didn’t know it could be this good.”

You make it that way. Our reputation is actually the sum of all 1,300 plus of you doing your job. Don’t fall back. Keep up the good work. I’m grateful for it.
